Bombardo Rumor

I know there is a rumor going around stating that it was my idea to get rid of Bombardo two years ago. This rumor is completely false!

Here’s what really happened:
In 6th grade I was voted class representative. As Mrs. Cullers and I were going through the suggestion box, there was a suggestion asking that we ban Bombardo. As a class representative, it was my duty to take all suggestions to Student Council whether I agreed with them or not. I did take it to the Student Council and we all voted on the suggestion. The result was that a majority if the Student Council voted to ban Bombardo. This was the will of the Student Council and NOT my idea!

I hope this clears the air once and for all and proves that I was not the one who suggested that we get rid of Bombardo.

My name is Sydney Enlow and I am an eighth grader at St. Agnes School running for Student Council President.

For the past two years, I have been a class representative for Student Council. This year, I want to work harder than ever to have a positive impact on our school. To make this happen I need your help!

I would really appreciate your vote on October 6th!!!

If elected, here are some ideas that I would like to present to Student Council:

1. Lockers for each of the eighth grade classrooms
2. Khaki skirts for junior high
3. Let all grades run for Student Council representatives instead of drawing names out of a hat
4. Letting other grades use the Science Lab
5. Let Junior High get the choice of Study Hall instead of recess
